This is Compass Point - Block Heads 3 Block 19.

Brigitte is making her blocks using fabrics from her Spotted collection.  It's a beautiful spotted texture in a mix of sixty-three vibrant colors and neutrals.  And it's a Moda Basic - Spotted. 

This is Brigitte's version of Block 12 - Hampshire Star from Janet Clare.
