INGREDIENTS

From Mug Fabric:
(1) 4 1/2" x 5"
(1) 1 1/2" x 2"
(2) 1 1/2" x 2 1/2"

From Background Fabric:
(1) 2" x 6 1/2"
(1) 1 1/2” x 2”
(2) 1" x 2 1/2"

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sew the Mug and Background 1 1/2" x 2" pieces together. This should measure 2 1/2" x 2". Press towards Mug fabric.
2. Sew the Mug 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" pieces and Background 1" x 2 1/2" pieces together. Make (2). These should measure 2" x 2 1/2". Press towards Mug fabric.
3. Sew the handle units together as shown. This should measure 2 1/2" x 5". Press towards Mug fabric.
4. Sew the handle to the Mug 4 1/2" x 5" piece. This should measure 5" x 6 1/2". Press towards Mug fabric.
5. Sew the Background 2" x 6 1/2" to the Mug. Your block should measure 6 1/2" square. Press towards Background.
6. Embellish as desired.
